Case Study: 55 y old male patient with chest pain

CLINICAL HISTORY

  • 55 y old male patient with chest pain.
  • Conventional catheter angiogram reported as normal.

CARDIAC CT ANGIOGRAPHY FINDINGS

The cardiac CT angiograhpy demonstrates an aberrant right coronary artery from the left coronary sinus (malignant course)  that was not visualised with conventional catheter angiography.

There is a critical stenosis of the mid right coronary artery due to non-calcified plaque.
